A technical team with elephants has been deployed in Bardia National Park to control the problem tiger. A camera trap has been placed to search for the problem tiger.

Head of Division Forest Office Praveen Bidari said that a problem tiger was seen in the camera trap. It was seen that a tiger killed a buck at that place.

On Thursday afternoon, Manisha Rokaya of Banke Baijnath Village-8 Hasnapur was killed in a tiger attack in Bardia Basgadhi Municipality-4 Janachetana Community Forest Bathua.

Rokaya was traveling with his sister Kailashpati Tharu of Basgadhi Napa-4 Bathuwa when a tiger attacked him. Rokaya Pishaw was attacked by a tiger when he was walking, police said.

Park staff, three elephants, National Nature Conservation Fund Bardia's technical team and forest staff have been mobilized, said Ajit Tumbahamfe, head of conservation fund.

He informed that efforts are being made to control the problem tiger as the search operation has continued.
