Brother died after drowning in Babai river. District Police Office Tulsipur has informed that 16-year-old Dipesh Pariyar and his brother Deepak Pariyar, 18, of Babai-5 Hapure drowned while swimming in Babai River in Odale, Babai Rural Municipality-7 on Tuesday evening.
Deepak was undergoing treatment at Rapti Regional Hospital Tulsipur and Dipesh died on the spot, said Police Inspector Navchandra Malla, spokesperson of ELA Police Office Tulsipur.
When they went to Phupu's house, they reached the Babai river to swim. On Wednesday, Malla informed that father Sitaram Pariyar found the bodies of his two sons.
