After graduation, Dhami, who is currently studying, started karate at a young age and made it a professional profession. He has made Sitoria karate sport his main profession since 2051.

In 2006, under the National Sports Council By registering the Shindokaikan Karate Association, he has promoted the game in a different way. He said that he was not limited to Shindokaikan Karate, but expanded it as a school and included the youth in the field of sports. Currently, he is running a sports association under his own leadership. He is also the chief trainer of Shindokaikan Karate Association.

While playing, he started his teaching career in Humla and also worked as the principal of Suryodaya Secondary School Srinagar Gulfa. In the meantime, he has also established a versatile campus in Gulfa, Srinagar. But even when he was in the teaching profession, he did not forget karate. After leaving teaching, he dedicated himself to karate. Now, the branch of Sindokainak Karate has expanded to 37 locations all over Nepal.

Bagmati Lumbini, Madesh, Koshi and other states are also working to take the karate game to a higher level by establishing branches, he said. Currently, continuous training of Sindokine Karate is being done in 51 schools across Nepal. Dhami said that 4500 to 5000 karate players have been produced during the 30 years of Shindokaikan Karate.

'The future is good for those who can make sports their main profession,' he said, 'Now it is not just sports. In addition, there is a need for money. If you don't have money, that's why you fall behind in the game.' He said that he had to miss out on some opportunities even though he was fully devoted to the game due to lack.

Moreover, he has played in dozens of countries during his three-decade-long playing tour. He said that he was able to play in countries including Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bhutan, Japan, France, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, India and China. ;

In 2006, he received an international gold medal in karate and kickboxing in India. In the year 2023, he participated in the International Sports Meet-2023 held in Thailand. There he was given the International Sports Award. Now he is busy in sports training in Kathmandu.
