A parliamentary committee has been added in Wagmati province to settle the share between the parties.
It was decided to add the committee on Friday after five of the seven parties represented in the state assembly did not agree on the chairmanship of the parliamentary committee.
For the formation of the parliamentary committee, a consensus has been reached between the parties on the matter of adding the parliamentary committee while the agenda for registering the candidacy for the post of chairman has already started.
The chief whip of CPN Maoist Center Ratna Prasad Dhakal informed that the five-party meeting held in the office of Bagmati Speaker Bhuwan Kumar Pathak decided to add a privilege committee according to the Provincial Assembly Rules, 2074. According to Dhakal, there will be 17 members in the privilege committee.
