Madhes Chief Minister Satish Kumar Singh has expanded the cabinet on Sunday by adding two ministers from his own Janmat party.
He has appointed two ministers in two ministries that are part of public opinion. Tribhuvan Sah elected from Siraha 4 (1) and Sakil Mian elected from Saptari 1 (1) have been appointed as ministers. Shah has been made the Minister of Forests and Environment. Ranju Mandal Khang, who is without a department, has been given the responsibility of the Minister of State of the said ministry.
Mian has been appointed as a non-departmental minister. He will be assigned the responsibility of another ministry that falls under the public opinion. Provincial Chief Minister Savitri Subedi Bhandari administered the oath to both the newly appointed ministers.
