In the Lumbini Provincial Assembly, a bill has been discussed on the formation, operation and management of local services.
Speaker Tularam Gharti Magar proposed that the bill presented by Chief Minister Jokh Bahadur Mahara in the Lumbini Provincial Assembly on Monday be discussed theoretically. Presented for decision. The discussion started after the proposal was accepted by all in the meeting.
Provincial Assembly members Bhuvneshwar Chaudhary, Bir Bahadur Rana, Indrajit Tharu and Tulsi Chaudhary participated in the theoretical discussion. They were of the opinion that the bill should deal with the management of human resources and increase the morale of local level employees in order to make local level services effective.
He said that it will be easier to run the state by creating governance rules and laws in federalism. Chief Minister Mahara replied to the questions raised by the parliamentarians.
