Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal arrived in New Delhi on Sunday afternoon to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Prime Minister Dahal was received at the Indira Gandhi International Airport by P Kumaran, Special Secretary of the Ministry of External Affairs of India. Newly appointed Indian Prime Minister Modi is taking oath for the third term on Sunday evening.

There are 7 people including Law Minister Padam Giri, Foreign Secretary Seva Lamsal with the Prime Minister. Prime Minister Dahal will return home on Monday .

While in India, he has scheduled a courtesy meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Draupadi Mooroo.
