2 people died while cleaning a well in Surkhet. The deceased are 32-year-old Vidyu Prasad Regmi and 31-year-old Lakshmi Prasad Kandel of the same place, Chamunda Ghar, Birendranagar Municipality-11 Pipira, Dailekh, said DSP Birendrabir Bishwakarma, spokesperson of District Police Office Surkhet.
According to the police, they fell unconscious while cleaning the well of the house of Torna Wik of Birendranagar municipality-11 and died after being taken to the provincial hospital in Kalagaon.
