The police have arrested a young man who committed serial thefts in different districts. 33-year-old Bharat Pariyar of Rolpa Municipality-1 of Rolpa was arrested by the police from Katuwachoupari of Kushma Municipality-9 of Rolpa at 2 pm on Thursday.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Khumlal Bhusal's team arrived at the district police office after the locals reported to the police while stealing 1 million 17 thousand cash and recharge card worth Rs.
