Nepal Police has arrested two people who looted gold in Budhanilkanth area. The team of Maharajganj police circle arrested two persons involved in robbery of jewelery worn by women in Budhanilkanth Municipality-2 VMC School and Upper Bhangal area from Budhalinkanth area on Sunday.

Those arrested are 19-year-old Saroj Kumar Shah of Rautahat Moulapur Municipality-4 and 20-year-old Radheshyam Shah of the same place.

District Police Complex Kathmandu Spokesperson Superintendent of Police Navraj Adhikari informed that Saroj Kumar and Radheshyam involved in the gold robbery of Sumitra Shrestha in Upper Bhangal were arrested in the robbery of one tola of 92 red gold belonging to 75-year-old Sharda Thapa near VMC School.

The spokesperson said that the two arrested by the police are being investigated by the Kathmandu District Court for five days in the case of robbery and robbery.
