President Ramchandra Paudel has said that ships operating at sea should now be registered in Nepal. Presenting the government's policy and program for the next fiscal year at the joint meeting of the Parliament on Tuesday, he said that legal arrangements will be made to register the ships operating at sea in Nepal.
He said that institutional and procedural arrangements will be made for the use of
water transport. He said that waterways with terminals will be constructed on Sunkoshi and Narayani rivers.
