The discussion regarding the principles and priorities of the Appropriation Bill for the financial year 2081/82 will start from February 21. Finance Minister Prakasharan Mahat presented the principles and priorities of the appropriation bill for the financial year 2081/82 in the House of Representatives meeting on Monday.
Soon after, Speaker Devraj Ghimire informed that the date has been fixed for the discussion regarding the principles and priorities of the Appropriation Bill for the financial year 2081/82 from February 21st. Speaker Ghimire said that discussions will be held on February 21, 22, 23, 30, Chaitra 1, 2 and 4.
Speaker Ghimire also requested the officials of the respective parties to note down the names of their MPs one hour before the meeting to participate in the discussion on the basis of party representation. He instructed the Ministry of Finance and the Secretariat of the Federal Parliament to take note of the issues raised by the parliamentarians during the discussion.
