The government has passed the 16th five-year plan. The meeting of the Council of Ministers held at Singha Durbar on Tuesday decided to pass the 16th five-year plan.
After the meeting, the Minister of Communication and Information Technology and government spokesperson Rekha Sharma while informing the media persons about the decision of the meeting said that the government has decided to pass the 16th plan after discussions at various stages. She also said that the government has also decided to pass the policy and program for the next financial year 2081/082 presented by President Ramchandra Paudel in the joint meeting of the Federal Parliament.
He said, "The joint meeting of the Federal Parliament was called by the Honorable President to present the policy and program, and there was a discussion about that." The policy and program has been passed by the meeting of the Council of Ministers. The 16th five-year plan, which was prepared by the National Planning Commission, was discussed at various stages and it was decided to pass the 16th plan on behalf of the government at 3 o'clock today Presenting the program.
