The final match of the 6th edition of Wagmati Gold Cup football tournament will be held on Thursday in Wagmati Rural Municipality of Makwanpur. Machindra Football Club and departmental team APF are crowding in the final. Both teams claimed to win the title. Both the teams reached the final of the Wagmati Gold Cup for the first time.
Janata Mavi's playground on Wednesday Speaking at the pre-match conference, Machindra's coach Santosh Neupane asserted that he had prepared well to win the title of the tournament. He said that the players are physically fit and ready to win the title by attacking well and scoring a goal within the stipulated 90 minutes.
Similarly, APF manager Sushil Adhikari said that he is confident and optimistic about winning the title. His reason for winning the Bagmati Gold Cup was that he gained confidence after winning the Makwanpur Gold Cup. . The winning team of the
competition will receive 10 lakh rupees and the runner-up team will receive 5 lakh rupees. Similarly, the best player will get 1 lakh 1 thousand rupees and the best players in other categories will get 25-25 thousand rupees.
