'Despite hiring 26 contractual employees, not even one Dalit was hired. Dalits were not given a place even when they hired office assistants to cleaning staff, said executive member Nepali. There are preparations to lock down the village today.'

Executive members Jhankar Bahadur Nepali and Mindra Nepali are among those who boycotted the village assembly. There are 89 people.
