The Karnali highway blocked by landslides has been opened. After the landslides in the Dailekh and Kalikot sections of the Karnali highway, which have been blocked since Thursday night, have been removed, vehicles have started moving on the highway, said DSP Sunil Dahal, the head of the district police office, Dailekh.
Landslides occurred in various places of Dailekh and Calikot sections of Karnali Highway due to rain. Landslides occurred between Kalekhola and Dahikhola on the border of Calikot and Dailekh. Security personnel and machines removed the landslide and brought the highway into operation.
