CPN-UML MP Vinod Kumar Shah has taken charge of the Ministry of Land Management, Agriculture and Cooperatives. Shah took the oath of office and secrecy before the provincial chief Tilak Pariyar on Wednesday.
Shah, who had previously boycotted the oath in the ministry, took the oath on Wednesday. In this matter, Shahi expressed his displeasure saying that Chief Minister Yamalal Kandel has distributed ministries against the instructions of the party center.
Chief Minister Yamlal Kandel made Shah a minister again. When Chief Minister Kandel appointed the Minister of Land Management, Agriculture and Cooperatives on 18 Baisakh, he had earlier boycotted the swearing-in.
At that time, four newly appointed ministers and one state minister of Karnali province took the oath of office and confidentiality.
