Three fugitive accused arrested in Panchthar

Panchthar police has arrested three people who were absconding after being found guilty by the court in various cases.
The police have submitted them to the district court for execution of the verdict. Those arrested are Indra Bahadur Khadka (44 years) of Tumbeva Rural Municipality-3, Krishna Bahadur Nepali (54 years) of Miklajung 4 and Indra Bahadur Bishwakarma (33 years) of Fidim Municipality 11.
Among the arrested, Khadka and Nepali were found guilty in the case of child sexual abuse by the district court and sentenced to imprisonment and fine, Police Inspector Diwas Kunwar said.
Khadka was sentenced to 5 months and 15 days in prison and a fine of Rs 5,000 by the judgment dated October 9, 2079, and Nepali was sentenced to 5 months and 7 days in prison and a fine of Rs 12,500 by the judgment dated March 15, 2078.
Similarly, Vishwakarma was ordered to be imprisoned for 5 months and 4 days by the judgment of 4th July 2080.
