Speaker Devraj Ghimire reminded the parliamentarians of parliamentary practice. Speaker Ghimire's statement came at a time when the main opposition Congress had warned that Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Ravi Lamichhane would not be allowed to go to the rostrum, and the Speaker had given time to Lamichhane to go to the rostrum of the Parliament.
In the meeting of the House of Representatives on Wednesday, Speaker Ghimir also reminded the government of the constitutional provision of being accountable to the Parliament.
