Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Narayankaji Shrestha has said that a committee has been formed for police adjustment in the province and preparations are being made to pass the amendment saying that there are still some legal complications. He said that the proposed amendment bill will be submitted to the House in a few days.

According to him, the adjustment process has been advanced so that every qualified employee of the police organization reaches its top leadership. Concluding the Lumbini provincial level security conference in Nepalgunj on Friday, Home Minister Shrestha said that preparations are being made to advance the Civil Act, Education Act and Local Administration Act in Parliament to empower the province.

After listening to the reports and opinions of the relevant chief district officials about the security situation, challenges and priorities of all the 12 districts of Lumbini, Home Minister Shrestha gave instructions to pursue the main goal of good governance, social justice and prosperity. He said that along with

security and administrative duties, the personnel system should also show an exemplary effect to bring the federal republic to the level of public awareness. Public, individual, community, communal or religious Home Minister Shrestha has instructed to create an awareness campaign against crimes, fraud, violence, embezzlement, financial embezzlement.
