The Ramgram Municipality of West Nawalparasi has arranged for a separate focal person to listen to the health problems of teenagers. Declaring two health institutions within the city as adolescent-friendly health institutions, the city has arranged a problem listening room and a focal person.
Shukrauli Health Chowki in Ward No. 16 and Amraut Health Chowki in Ward No. 14 have been declared as Kishore Kishorei Friendly Health Chowki. City chief Dhanpat Yadav said that a special arrangement has been made to provide specialized services to juvenile service users.
Kishore Kihori Maitri Health Service Operation Guideline 2979, which has been declared Kihori Kihori Mitri Health, of Ramgram Municipality Public Health Inspector Suraj Harijan said. A separate focal person has been arranged for teenagers to talk about their problems and they can sit in a separate room and discuss their problems and ask questions.
In order to get information about physical development, mental development, reproductive health, various diseases and organs in teenagers, they can now go to health institutions and get information by themselves without hesitation.
