26-year-old Ranjit Chaudhary, a resident of Garhwa Rural Municipality-2, Pachhia, has been arrested on the charge of murdering his 21-year-old wife Kamala Chaudhary.
On Thursday night, Ranjith hit Kamala with a vegetable cooking karahi and seriously injured her. The injured Kamala died on Sunday during treatment at the Crimson Hospital Butwal, the local police office Garhwa has informed.
The police said that further investigation is being carried out on the incident
