CPN United Socialist Party has decided to increase the number of Central Committee. The meeting of the Central Secretariat held in the mouth of Mahadhavishen decided to increase the Central Committee from 119 to 219 members.
According to the Secretariat, the United Socialist Party has also increased the number of office bearers to 21. By amending the legislative draft, there will be 21 members including the president, respected leaders, senior leaders, seven vice presidents including one woman, general secretary, 4 deputy general secretaries, and 7 secretaries.
The convention to be held in Kathmandu from this June 16 will elect these officials. The 8th Central Committee and Central Council meeting of the Samajwadi Party decided to form a 119-member Central Committee with 19 officials. Contrary to this decision, the secretariat meeting decided to increase the officers and the central committee.
