At present, the influence of western winds is prevailing in the country. There is partial change in the hilly areas of Sudurpaschim Province, Karnali Province, Lumbini Province, Gandaki Province, Bagmati Province and Koshi Province. The weather in the rest of the land is mainly clear.
According to the Department of Water and Meteorology Weather Forecast Division, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain at some places in the hilly areas of Far West, Karnali and Gandaki provinces, scattered rain at a few places in Lumbini and one or two places in the rest of the hilly areas of the country.
There is a possibility of light to moderate snowfall in some places in the high hills and Himalayan areas of Far West, Karnali and Gandaki Provinces, the department said. Tonight will be generally cloudy across the country. In the bulletin issued by the division, it is mentioned that there is a possibility of light to moderate rain at night in some places of Far West, Karnali and Gandaki provinces and a few places in the hilly areas of Bagmati province including Lumbini.
