Announcement of tax exemption for three years for businessmen who employ 20 people

Presenting the policies and programs of the Metropolitan Municipality for the upcoming fiscal year 2081/82, Mayor Bolandra Sah announced this. He said that at least 30 percent of the required manpower will be supplied through the Labor Bank of the Metropolitan Municipality in the development and construction program implemented by the Metropolitan Municipality.

Introducing the policy and program, Mayor Shah said, 'Newly registered businessmen who employ at least 20 people each will be given 100 percent business tax exemption for the first three years. Arrangements will be made to supply at least 30 percent of the required manpower through the Labor Bank of the Metropolitan Municipality in the development and construction program to be implemented by the Metropolitan Municipality. The business of cooperative organizations in the metropolitan area will be integrated into the electronic system and made more organized. By establishing a cooperative information center, savings collection loan mobilization and good governance of the organization will be made effective.

The Metropolitan Municipality has taken a policy to make sports compulsory from pre-primary level for the mental and physical development of students. It is mentioned in the policy and program that at least one counselor and one public nurse will be arranged in all resource centers. Likewise, it is said that arrangements will be made to conduct pre-primary classes at least on two levels.
