The leadership of Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited has changed. According to the decision made by the Board of Directors of Himalayan on June 12, Vijay Bahadur Shah, the Chief Executive Officer of the company, resigned from the leadership with effect from June 13 by mutual agreement.
In Shah's place, Deputy Chief Executive Officer Anju Shrestha will hold the responsibilities of Acting Chief Executive Officer until further management decision.
