Ministry's directive to operate health institutions in accordance with the law

The Ministry of Health and Population is going to take action according to the law to the service providers who are operating health services in violation of the rules.
In the circular issued by the Deputy Secretary of the Ministry, Ekdev Khanal, it is stated that action will be taken based on the complaints of non-compliant operations, operations without permission and excessive fees. In the circular issued by the ministry of
, it is said, "Sub-rule (1) of Rule 12 of Public Health Service Nimayawali 2077 provides that no one shall operate a private, non-governmental, governmental or non-profit community health institution or provide health services from such an institution without obtaining a license. Among them, it has been found that some institutions related to health services, autism therapy centers, children's clinics, etc. are not in accordance with the standards."
The Ministry of Health has requested the health institutions to operate only by obtaining operating permits from the relevant agencies in accordance with the Public Health Service Regulations 2077 and by fully complying with the norms related to the operation of health institutions, 2077 and other prevailing laws.
