Compared to the previous day, both the NEPSE index and the trading volume decreased on Thursday. Compared to Wednesday, the overall NEPSE has decreased by 8.24 points to 2 thousand 51.92 points. It is 0.40 percent less than the previous day.
Out of the five trading days of this week, Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday NEPSE decreased while Monday and Tuesday increased.
The share price of 47 companies that came into trading on Thursday increased, 188 decreased and the share price of the remaining 11 companies remained stable.
89 lakh 1 thousand 195 from 50 thousand 281 transactions on that day. Shares were bought and sold. Shares worth 3.71 billion rupees have been traded in those purchases. Compared to the previous day, the transaction amount has also decreased. Shares worth 4.58 billion rupees were traded on Wednesday.
Along with this, the size of the stock market, the total market capitalization has been maintained at 32 trillion 53 billion rupees.
