The price of the first iPhone smartphone was set at USD 499 for 4 GB and USD 599 for 8 GB. The iPhone's operating system, iOS 3.1.3, had a 3.5-inch display and a single 2-megapixel camera.

The company launched the second model of the phone a year later. It was named iPhone 3G. Although it supports 3G network, the price of the phone was lower than before. In a long journey of more than a decade and a half, Apple has released the 15th iPhone model for the last time.
