Golden beat Milan Dharmasthali 3-1 at the host Orchid ground. Golden's Kunjok Lama, Chandan Thapa and Aditya Thami scored goals. Roshan Tamang of Dharmasthali scored one goal.

Sri Sanjay Sai, Aksharika, Gateway and Bal Gitanjali have also reached the quarterfinals. Sanjay Sai defeated Ganesh Himal by 2-0 goals. Puskar Khadka of the winner scored 1 goal and the other goal was suicide. Aksharika defeated Apex Life in sudden death.

Gateway defeated the challenge of Nexus 2-1. Gateway's Krishna Shrestha and Rajat Basnet scored the goals. Suraj Sangtan of Nexus returned some goals. Bal Gitanjali put an end to the penalty shootout of Shramsheel Vidya Peeth with a 5-0 goal.
