'Looking at the law, all these families who have not been able to get the land owner registration certificate are like landless,' Ojha said, 'on the one hand, they are deprived of the services they get from the state, and on the other hand, they are deprived of land tax, integrated property tax, and registration fees from various agencies of the state.
