Nepali Congress leader Bimalendra Nidhi has said that the work of Home Minister Ravi Lamichhane is not worth commenting on.
Speaking at an interaction program held by the Nepal Press Union in Itahari on Monday, leader Nidhi said that it is wrong to entrust an immature person like Lamichhane to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Nidhi, who is also a former home minister, said that the current home minister is seen as immature. He said that the change of government should be taken as normal. "Right now, no one has a clear majority in the parliament. That's why the change of government should be taken for granted," he said.
Naming Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal as an expert in upheaval by repeatedly changing the government, Nidhi said, 'Prime Minister Pushpa Kalam Dahal is an expert in upheaval, Sher Bahadur Deuba and KP Sharma Oli are not.'
Leader Nidhi made it clear that although the current constitution amendment is necessary, there is no possibility before the 2084 elections. Nidhi said that they should go to the 2084 elections with the agenda of constitutional amendment and that constitutional amendment can be done only when the people give a mandate.
