Congress will continue to struggle until 7 million savers of cooperatives get justice: Leader Mahar

Addressing the trainer training program conducted by Chitwan Congress on Saturday, Leader Mahar said that the Congress will not rely only on the parliamentary inquiry committee to bring the party leaders and the party who have been proven guilty in the eyes of the people to justice and to return the money accumulated by the victimized people.

He says that it is unfortunate that the parties involved in the coalition government from Giribandu T-state to Sudarshan Sahakari and their major leaders are involved. Mahar alleges that the current coalition government is exploiting the public property of the Nepali people. He said that even though he proposed to expose the fraud of billions in the Giribandu Tea State in the recently concluded meeting of the Congress, it was not written on the matter when the decision came out.

Stating that it is necessary for Congress leaders and workers to be people-oriented from the heart, he expressed concern that the mountains of Nepal are emptying due to climate change and its impact on the environment. Mahar is of the opinion that the party should engage in training and awareness campaign at all levels to reduce the impact of climate change as people are forced to live a miserable life due to climate change.

'We have to carry the support of society and people with politics. From the center to the toll committee, climate change and disaster risk mitigation task forces should be formed to avoid catastrophic risks and contribute to environmental protection, he said.
