The government has appointed Murari Prasad Kharel as the secretary of the National Human Rights Commission. The cabinet meeting held on Thursday decided to appoint Kharel as the secretary of the commission on the recommendation of the commission.
The meeting decided to promote Baikuntha Bahadur Officer for Audit Service and Kedarnath Sharma as Secretary for Administration Group.
According to the Secretariat of the Minister of Communication and Information Technology Rekha Sharma, Thursday's meeting has decided to appoint Joint Secretary Gobind Bahadur Karki as the Chief Secretary of Bagmati Province as a permanent Secretary of the Province on the proposal of the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration.
The meeting has given preliminary approval to survey the organization and management of the health service department on the proposal of the Ministry of Health and Population.
