Last night, a group of unknown people cut down a Buddhachitta tree at Roshi in Kavre.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Rajkumar Shrestha informed that a group of 15/20 unknown people cut down a Buddhachitta tree in the garden of Thakurani Tamang, a resident of Roshi Rural Municipality Ward No. 5, at around 1 am on Friday morning.
Buddhachitta tree was cut at the scene and 4 home-made socket bombs were placed on the door and yard of the same house, and a jacket with Jan Mukti Sena written on it was found nearby.
The District Police Office Kavre has informed that the police are conducting necessary investigations regarding the incident.
