The Supreme Court has issued an order to grant affiliation to B&C Medical College in Birtamode, Jhapa. On Monday, the bench of Justices Kumar Chudal and Sharanga Subedi issued an order to give affiliation to B&C Medical College if the process was completed.
The owner of B&C, Durga Prasain, filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court against the Kathmandu University, Medical Education Commission, saying that even after preparing all the infrastructure, he did not get the connection.
While hearing the writ petition filed by Prasai, the Supreme Court decided to issue the writ.
