I will leave the assets from the ward president to the prime minister to be investigated: Minister Gurung

While inaugurating the Tansen Festival in Palpa's Tansen from Saturday, Minister Gurung said that to maintain good governance and financial transparency in the country, the properties of ward presidents to ministers and prime ministers will be investigated. Minister Gurung claimed that economic governance cannot be maintained as long as corruption persists in the country. He said that everyone's support and cooperation is necessary for this.

Minister Gurung emphasized that a leader or a minister is not the master of the people, but a servant, so he should change himself first. "There is a situation where a Nepali can't eat Citamol when he has a fever," he said, "but the tendency of those who enter the lion's palace to get fat like kirna and upiya should be stopped."

Minister Gurung said that the time has come to show oneself transparently in front of the people. Minister Gurung said that he was a follower of the late Krishna Prasad Bhatrai and said, "I am a man born in a hut." I am ready to go back to the streets and the huts. Leaders like me need to change first.' He said that there is

corruption, but there is a problem of not allowing good governance to be maintained. He said that the Nepali people could not be elevated because politics is done for the sake of the country and the people. He said that people are sad because of the actions of

leaders. Minister Gurung said that the situation has now come whether to do politics for the people or for oneself.
