The Nepali Congress has said that it has drawn its attention to the incident of the death of 14-year-old student Salin Pokharel of Shishu Niketan Boarding School located in Ratnanagar Municipality-10 of Chitwan a few days ago in the hostel of the same school and the suspicious details connected with it.
The Congress issued a statement on Saturday and stated that it is very serious that a girl who was studying for a bright future in school parentage was found hanging dead and that the situation of suicide or murder was suspected. The Congress has demanded the government to conduct a fair and thorough investigation of this incident and bring out the truth and facts as soon as possible and take action against the culprits.
It is mentioned in the statement issued by the Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Paudel that Congress has expressed its condolences to the family of the girl Salin Pokharel in this sad moment.
