Advocate Shantikumari Rai's work 'Sangharshka Panaharu' has been published.

Jayakumar Rai, Chancellor of Kirat Rai Pragya Parishad released the work in a ceremony held in Kathmandu.

Born in February 2013 in Balamta, Udaipur, Rai is a member of Nepal's Interim Constitution 2063 Drafting Committee. She is a women's rights activist, tribal rights activist, Chamling native language writer and writer.

Writer Shantikumari has achieved IA, BA, BEd, BL and MA while struggling in the age where the society does not allow girls to grow up. Bahidar, Mukhiya, Purchaser, Head Assistant, Assistant Administrator, Deputy Administrator, Teaching, Advocacy. Author Rai has published 12 books in Chamling language and 5 books in Nepali language.
