Punjab Kings scored a thrilling three-wicket win over Gujarat Titans in IPL 2024 on Thursday. Chasing 200 runs for victory, Punjab reached victory with one ball to spare.
Batting first, Gujarat scored 199 runs for four wickets on captain Subman Gill's 89 runs. Gill hit six fours and four sixes in 49 balls. In reply, Punjab lost seven wickets and scored two runs in 19.5 overs.
Shashank Singh scored 61 runs in 29 balls and remained not out. He also became the 'player of the match'. After this win, Punjab has four points. Gujarat is also in four points.
