A budget of 1.6 billion has been presented in the 15th city council meeting of Panauti Municipality.
For the financial year 2081/082, 74 crore 71 lakh 80 thousand has been allocated for operational, 83 crore 98 lakh 20 thousand for capital and 1 crore 3 million for financial arrangement.
The policy and program and budget for the financial year 2081/082 were presented in the city assembly. In the published policy program, it is mentioned that in accordance with the concept of 'one town, one technical school', the possibility of conducting a technical school in cost sharing will be studied in coordination with the federation and the state.
The school run in this way will be developed as a model school and the necessary arrangements will be made to run it in a residential manner. Similarly, the policy of bringing, teaching and sustaining students will be carried out to improve the ability of students by developing them as model schools from among the public schools within the city and gradually conducting the 'One Ward One Model School' program.
During the implementation of the concept of 'Where there are students, there are teachers', in the academic session 2080, matching of teachers, school consolidation and class adjustment work has been completed and the work will be continued in each academic session by prioritizing subject and level teacher management work. It is mentioned in the policy.
The youth and sports policy has been included in the youth and sports policy to take special initiatives to make young people who have returned from foreign employment become entrepreneurs in the country.
It is mentioned in the agricultural development policy that the city plans to conduct a youth-targeted agricultural program to encourage the youth who have returned from abroad and are looking for a future in the country by taking agriculture as a profession.
