Biratnagar High Court Judge Sridhara Kumari Pudasaini has said that there is no theoretical difference between male and female judges. She said that there should be no prejudice on the basis of gender in a session titled 'Samskham Nari - Good Leadership' organized by Nari Magazine, a co-publisher of Kantipur Publications, in Biratnagar on Wednesday.
"Whether it is a man or a woman on the bench, we are not prejudiced against anyone." The work done by both of them is the administration of justice. It does not seem that there is a theoretical difference between male and female judges . There we are not men and women . Let us be the only judge. We administer justice according to the law,' she said.
Pudasaini, who started her career after marriage, says that the mentality that women are also judges has been developed now. "The mentality that women are also judges has been developed. "There are still people who are more surprised than female judges," she said.
