Argakhanchi Cement Limited has appointed NMB Capital Limited as the Issue and Selling Manager for the issue of primary shares to the general public.
The agreement was signed by Chief Financial Officer Raju Paudel on behalf of Arghakhanchi Cement and Chief Executive Officer Dipesh Kumar Vaidya on behalf of Securities Issuance and Sales Manager NMB Capital.
Paudel said that the eviction process will be carried out as quickly as possible after fulfilling all the procedures and requirements set by the regulatory body.
