Various statistics have shown that the number of Nepalis outside Nepal is around 5 million. So far, Nepal has officially signed labor agreements with 111 countries. Non-resident Nepalis are spreading in those countries. Nepal's immense love is always in the heart of the great manpower outside the country's borders.

The young manpower that the soil is looking for

Even though the expert personnel have immense love and affection for their land, they have to stay across seven seas. They have lived with unwavering love for their country. They are eager to contribute from their side for the progress of Nepal. How to use the contribution of this manpower scattered in different countries? It is time for our administrators and political leadership to think hard. Their skills, capital, technology, mind and intellectual property should be linked with the prosperity of Nepal and the spirit of happy Nepali people. The state should think early for the creation of a just and governance-friendly society.

Talented intellectuals in America, Canada, Britain, Korea, European countries and Japan are waiting to contribute to their own land. Nepalis in Saudi, Qatar and Dubai are forced to sell labor in a more difficult daily life. The income of foreign countries can be linked to the prosperity of Nepal. However, the number of Nepalis in their organizational scope is very low. There is a need to expand the range of Nepalis in different countries as a Nepali Public Relations Committee.

Emphasis should be placed on creating a proper environment to make full use of manpower, capital, technology and experts in foreign countries. Their meaningful participation should be made at every stage of proper policy making. The need for investment areas should be identified. In the field of knowledge networks, it is necessary to study and research the areas that non-resident Nepalis want to do. In order to bring the knowledge, skills and capital outside the country into Nepal, the three levels of government should decide the necessary policies, plans and programs.

It is necessary for the government to be serious and sensitive to connect the contribution of Nepalis who are scattered outside the country as a matter of priority. This is also a great opportunity to realize the dream of prosperity of the state. There is a need to remove the complicated process to invest and connect it with a sense of belonging. There are about 450,000 manpower produced every year in the country. About 62 percent of this active workforce is depressed. The young people are unemployed and forced to go to the Gulf countries to join their hands in the morning and find happiness for their families. It is the responsibility of the state to create an employment environment where these people can live and work on their own land. The investment capital, technology and skills of the Nepalese living abroad should be able to connect the people living in the country with hope, trust and faith. If the government can make full use of the group of experts scattered around the world, the dream of a prosperous Nepal and a happy Nepali can be fulfilled.

The Non-Resident Nepali Association Act, 2009 brought about significant progress after the regulations related to it. In 2015, the Constitution of Nepal addressed non-resident Nepalese citizenship. World Knowledge Conference started from 2018. Various conferences show that NRNA has tried to connect specialist Diaspora with Nepal. NRN also works in the areas of Skill Directory, Knowledge and Innovation, Open University, NRNA Academy, Nepal Science Foundation, Health and Hygienic Investment, Safe Travel and Road Safety, Clean Nepal, Skill Training, Agricultural Promotion and NRNA Scientific Journal. Recently, NRNA has formed a Skill Knowledge Innovation Development Department under the leadership of a vice president. It seems that the new platform can make some contribution towards achieving the goal of sustainable development.

will be the right platform to use the skills, capital and technology envisioned by the Constitution. NRNA's experts and Nepalese government agencies can work together in the fields of economic development, investment generation, job creation, etc. As a new generation, the country can also acquire up-to-date knowledge and skills from the youth who are scattered in different countries. In order to use their knowledge in Nepal, the need should be identified and a suitable environment should be created.

How can the knowledge of Nepalis born in Nepal and working in the best institutes of the world be brought to the country, it is necessary to study and research well and identify areas of potential. More investment should be made in areas such as water, land, forest, technology, herbs, agriculture, and industry. Due to the situation of the country or family pressure, around 2,500 young people leave every day to try their hand at other countries and find happiness for their families. The state can return them and carry out programs such as One Village One Product, Labor Respect National Campaign, Employment Promotion Decade and Prime Minister Jobs. If this manpower can be returned, the opportunity to grow gold in one's own soil can be proved.

The number of expatriate Nepalis who have gone abroad in search of opportunity and compulsion is increasing day by day. Why the youth are migrating in such a large number, the state does not seem to have made any policy for them. The government should be sensitive to connect the young people growing up in foreign countries with Nepal. It is necessary to connect Nepali culture, festivals, colors of soil and beauty, love and pride of Nepal in them. A Nepali family has been living in Denmark for 50 years. A Nepalese youth from that family lived in Nepal with a tent. It is a deep love for one's motherland. There are other such examples.

It seems that the government has to create a special policy to make full use of the Nepali minds and hearts abroad, which are full of opportunities. Governments at all three levels of policy implementation should promote coordination and mutual cooperation. Now that the 'Singh Durbar' has reached the villages, it is time for the local people's representatives to think about it. In order to mobilize Nepal's active youth through long-term, medium-term and short-term planning, their knowledge, capital and technology should be combined.

Remittances are important in the financial support of the state. It is equally necessary to use it in the productive sector. In order to make the brain gain center active, it is necessary to emphasize on the bottom up approach and make the embassies, ambassadors, labor assistants strong, strong and capable. By identifying the country's needs and getting to the root, the youth power should be connected in a way that fulfills the national thinking, constitutional essence and international commitments based on priorities.

In the past, Nepal used to export food grains to Korea, China and other countries. Is it possible for the country to return to this situation? , but the state was able to make a plan with strong thinking. Therefore, it is necessary to make excessive use of agriculture, industry, tourism, and natural resources. Only that can create a happy people, justice and a well-governed society.
