Two people on the motorcycle were seriously injured when a tipper and a motorcycle collided in Salyan at around 3 pm on Sunday.
25-year-old Khagendra Bik and 28-year-old Manvir Bik of Bagchaur municipality 8 Kotmoula were seriously injured when a tipper numbered RA 1 B 2224 and a motorcycle number RA 4 P 9236 coming from Srinagar to Tulsipur of Dang in the district collided at Kallekhola in Chhatreswari Rural Municipality 8. Deputy Superintendent of Police Navin Karki informed that both of them were taken to Provincial Hospital Tulsipur for treatment.
The tipper and the driver are now under the control of the police and the driver has been kept at Luham police office in Ela, he said. The cause of the accident has not been revealed.
