A child dies after being hit by a tipper in Dhankuta

On Tuesday morning, a child was killed in a collision with a tipper at Charkhole located in Sangurigadhi-6 of Dhankuta under the Dharan-Dhankuta section of the Koshi highway.
According to the police, Sushan Vishwakarma, the 10-year-old son of Naresh Vishwakarma, who was living in Charkhole, Dharan sub-metropolitan city-17, died. The tipper No. 1-20-001 B 8134, which was going from Bhedetar to Dhankuta, hit the child on the side of the road at 9:30 in the morning. According to the police, Vishwakarma died on the spot.
Saroj Subba, the driver of the tipper, has been detained by the police and is further investigating the incident.
