Brazil played a disappointing goalless draw with Costa Rica on Tuesday in their first match of the Copa America 2024. Strong Brazil could not break the defense line of Costa Rica in the match of Group D.
With this, both teams were satisfied with one point each. Earlier in this group match, Colombia beat Paraguay 2-1. Daniel Munoz and Jefferson Lerma scored for Colombia in the first half.
Julio Nsico scored a goal for Paraguay. After this win, Colombia has taken the early lead in the group with three points. The draw has increased the pressure on the Brazilian team.
