As not a single minister of the government attended the meeting of the House of Representatives, the meeting was adjourned for 15 minutes.
The meeting called for 11 o'clock on Monday started about 17 minutes late. As soon as Speaker Devraj Ghimire informed that the meeting had started, Nepali Congress MP Ramkrishna Yadav drew the attention of the Speaker saying that the Minister was not present in the meeting.
'I want to draw attention to the fact that there is no provision for the mandatory presence of members of the Council of Ministers in the House of Representatives meeting.'
