UML leader and former Home Minister Bhim Rawal mentioned the incident of not taking action against Home Minister Ravi Lamichhane for taking two citizenships and passports against the law and said that the arrest of Kantipur Publications Limited Chairman Kailash Sirohia is a gift of the rule of law.
