You have taken a stand that you should not form an electoral alliance for the elections that will be held after four years, this issue has caused a lot of trouble inside and outside the party, what is your purpose in particular?

There are more supporters and well-wishers of the party than there are party members affiliated to the Congress. The mainstay of their relationship with the Congress is voting on the tree symbol during elections. We have done the work of depriving that line. Secondly, I found myself losing a lot of confidence in my party mates as I moved around the country. Congress should work to regain the lost confidence that we will fight future elections on our own strength. Thirdly and importantly, there is growing disillusionment in Nepali politics. Coalition politics has distorted it to the point of decay. The culture of alliances served to bring the bad and the bad together. But now we have to decide about the overall culture. It is not a matter of who will be the prime minister here. We have a political culture.
